Stavroz Live on KEXP

Stavroz took over the KEXP studio on October 23, 2025, spinning four mesmerizing tracks—“Para Rio,” “Postcard Picture,” “The Wild” and the epic “It’s A Long Story.” The quartet—Pieter De Meester (sax/vocals/bass), Maxim Helincks (bass/guitar), Ijsbrand De Wilde (synth) and Gert Beazar (beats/synth)—weaves hypnotic grooves that’ll carry you away.

Hosted by Jyoti Patel, this full-length session was expertly captured and mixed by Kevin Suggs and Gert Beazar, mastered by Julian Martlew, with cameras rolling courtesy of Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, Scott Holpainen & Luke Knecht and final edits by Scott Holpainen.
