Algernon Cadwallader Live on KEXP

KEXP welcomed emo revival outfit Algernon Cadwallader into their studio on November 5, 2025 for a raw performance of “Shameless Faces (even the guy who made the thing was a piece of shit).” The lineup featured Peter Helmis (bass, vocals), Joe Reinhart (guitar, backing vocals), Nick Tazza (drums, percussion), Colin Mahoney (guitar) and Bryce Pulaski (keyboard, backing vocals), all hosted by Troy Nelson.

Behind the scenes, Kevin Suggs handled the audio engineering, Matt Ogaz took care of mastering, and a five‐camera crew (Carlos Cruz, Jonathan Jacobson, Luke Knecht, Kendall Rock & Ettie Wahl) captured every angle—edited by Luke Knecht.
