Pulp: Tiny Desk Concert
Pulp rolled into NPR’s Tiny Desk this November to celebrate More, their first album in nearly 25 years. Frontman Jarvis Cocker and the gang even held hands in the converted green room, chanting “This will be the very best Tiny Desk” before launching into a snug, four-song career sampler.
They breezed through fan favorites “This Is Hardcore,” “Something Changed,” the bittersweet new cut “A Sunset,” and capped it off with the ’90s classic “Acrylic Afternoons,” reminding everyone why their cheeky wit and catchy hooks still hit home.
