Valerie June rolled into KEXP’s studio on June 23, 2025, for a cozy four‐song live session, kicking off with the breezy “All I Really Wanna Do” before moving through the jubilant “Joy, Joy!,” the haunting “Endless Tree,” and closing out with “Life I Used To Live.”
She’s flanked by Jason DiMatteo on bass, Sean Walsh on guitar, John Deley on keys and Caito Sanchez on drums (all pitching in on backing vocals), hosted by Cheryl Waters, mixed by Julian Martlew and guest Tony Volpe, mastered by Matt Ogaz, and captured on camera by Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, Leah Franks, Scott Holpainen & Luke Knecht.
