The Tubs live on KEXP
On June 3, 2025, The Tubs stormed the KEXP studio with gritty renditions of “Round The Bend” and “Dead Meat”. Fronted by guitar-vocal powerhouses Owen Williams and Dan Lucas, with Devon Murphy on bass and Taylor Stewart on drums, they delivered a raw, high-voltage performance under the friendly guidance of host Larry Mizell Jr.
Behind the scenes
Audio engineer Kevin Suggs and mastering whiz Julian Martlew made sure every riff hit just right, while a four-camera crew (Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, Scott Holpainen & Luke Knecht) plus editor Jim Beckmann captured the full feel.
