The Beths Live on KEXP

The Beths stormed into KEXP’s gathering space on August 26, 2025, laying down eight energetic tracks—from the punchy opener “Straight Line Was a Lie” through fan-favorites like “No Joy,” “Metal,” and the closing “Take.” It’s a raw, vibrant set that captures their signature blend of jagged guitar riffs and whip-smart hooks.

Fronted by Liz Stokes (vocals/guitar) with Jon Pearce on guitar, Ben Sinclair on bass and Tristan Deck drumming, the band’s tight performance is framed perfectly by host Troy Nelson alongside engineers Julian Martlew, Kirsten Hettinger, Jackson Long and guest mixer Gabe Nardin.
