The Armed tore into a live KEXP session on September 16, 2025, delivering four intense tracks—“Kingbreaker,” “Well Made Play,” “Broken Mirror” (ft. Moe from Prostitute) and a hard-hitting cover of Nine Inch Nails’ “Somewhat Damaged.” Host Troy Nelson steered the show while Kevin Suggs, Julian Martlew and guest engineer Derek Coburn handled the audio mix, with Matt Ogaz mastering the final cut.
Fronted by Tony Wolski (vox) alongside Ken Szymanski (bass), Max Frank (guitar), Patrick Shiroishi (keys/sax/guitar), Abbas Muhammad (drums), Meghan O’Neil and guest Moe Kazra (vox), the performance was captured by Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, Scott Holpainen, Luke Knecht and Ettie Wahl. Editor Luke Knecht stitched it all together, creating a raw, unfiltered snapshot of The Armed’s live energy.
