UK fuzz-rock titans Pigs x7 stormed KEXP’s gathering space on August 20, 2025, delivering a crushing live take on “Blockage.” Frontman Matt Baty howls over twin guitars from Adam Ian Sykes and Sam Grant, while Simon Hubbard’s bass and Ewan Mackenzie’s drums lock in an earth-shaking groove. Hosted by Atticus George-Andrijeski, the session was captured by a crack team of engineers (Kevin Suggs, Brandon Fitzsimons, Kirsten Hettinger, guest Bridge Williams) and mixers, then fine-tuned by mastering guru Matt Ogaz.
