MJ Lenderman Live on KEXP

On September 18, 2025, MJ Lenderman took over the KEXP studio to deliver a raw, heartfelt performance of “Rip Torn.” He’s joined by Landon George on bass and fiddle (plus vocals), Jon Samuels on guitar, Trevor Nikrant on pedal steel and keys (also singing), and Avery Sullivan pounding the drums—complete with vocals. Host Cheryl Waters guides the session, while Kevin Suggs handles audio and Matt Ogaz nails the mastering.
