MIEN – “Counterbalance” Live on KEXP

MIEN rocked the KEXP studios on September 24, 2025, with a punchy live take of “Counterbalance.” Fronted by Alex Maas (vocals, taishōgoto, bass), the quartet features John Mark Lapham on keys and samples, Rishi Dhir pulling double duty on bass, guitar, keys and backing vocals, and Robb Kidd on drums. Host Jewel Loree guides the session while Kevin Suggs handled audio engineering, Rishi Dhir mixed, and Matt Ogaz mastered the final cut.
