Kula Shaker dropped by KEXP’s studio on October 10, 2025, to rip through a live take of “Day For Night.” Fronted by Crispian Mills (guitar/vocals) and powered by Jay Darlington’s swirling organ, Alonza Bevan’s bass (and backup vox), plus Paul Winter-Hart’s drums, the band brought their trademark psych-rock energy. Host Jewel Loree kept things rolling while Kevin Suggs engineered, Alonza Bevan mixed, and Matt Ogaz handled mastering. A crack camera crew (Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, Scott Holpainen & Luke Knecht) captured every moment, with Carlos Cruz on the editing desk.
