Jembaa Groove Rocks KEXP Studio
On October 3, 2025, Jembaa Groove slammed through two tracks—“Dabia” and “Namo”—live on KEXP, led by vocalist/percussionist Eric Owusu and anchored by Yannick Nolting’s bass. The six-piece lineup (with guitar, trumpet, keys and drums rounding out the sound) brought an irresistible energy under host Lace Cadence’s watchful mic.
Behind the scenes, audio engineer Kevin Suggs captured every beat, Fabio Buemi mixed it all down, and Julian Martlew polished the final master. A crack team of camera operators and editor Jim Beckmann turned the session into must-watch live footage.
