HARU NEMURI – anointment (Live on KEXP)

Japanese art-rock trailblazer Haru Nemuri took over the KEXP studio on September 17, 2025 for a fiery live rendition of “anointment,” with Minato Murakami on the decks and Cheryl Waters steering the session. Kevin Suggs handled the audio mix, Matt Ogaz polished the master, and a three-camera setup (Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz & Scott Holpainen) plus editor Carlos Cruz captured all the action.
