Die Spitz dropped a fiery live take on “Throw Yourself To The Sword” at the KEXP studio on September 9, 2025, unleashing guitar-driven riffs and powerhouse vocals from Ellie Livingston, Ava Shrobilgen, Chloe Andrews, and Kate Halter, all under the warm guidance of host Cheryl Waters. Audio pros Kevin Suggs and Jon Roberts captured every nuance before Matt Ogaz gave it that final polish.
