Algernon Cadwalladder live on KEXP

On November 5, 2025, Philly’s math-punk heroes Algernon Cadwallader dropped a fiery live take of “Spit Fountain” in the KEXP studio. Peter Helmis drove the groove on bass and vocals, Joe Reinhart and Colin Mahoney shredded guitars, Nick Tazza pounded the drums, and Bryce Pulaski added keys and backing vocals—all under host Troy Nelson’s watchful ear.

Behind the scenes, audio whiz Kevin Suggs and mastering guru Matt Ogaz polished the sound while a dream team of camera operators (Carlos Cruz, Jonathan Jacobson, Luke Knecht, Kendall Rock & Ettie Wahl) and editor Luke Knecht captured every angle.
