Algernon Cadwallader rolled into the KEXP studio on November 5, 2025, to lay down a raw live take of “Shameless Faces (even the guy who made the thing was a piece of shit).” The Philly emo-rock quintet features Peter Helmis on bass/vocals, Joe Reinhart on guitar/backing vocals, Nick Tazza on drums, Colin Mahoney on guitar and Bryce Pulaski on keys/backing vocals—all steered by host Troy Nelson.
Behind the scenes, Kevin Suggs ran audio engineering, Matt Ogaz mastered the track, and a camera team (Carlos Cruz, Jonathan Jacobson, Luke Knecht, Kendall Rock & Ettie Wahl) captured every moment, with Luke Knecht handling the edit.
