What DAW are you using?

Vicente G. Reyes on October 05, 2025

I use Ardour for recording demos. Paid $1 for it. What are you using?

Interesting. Never heard of Ardour. How are you finding it?

It's the only DAW I can figure out on Linux. Loving it so far. But the plugins are limited. So far I made my own noise gate for it

Reaper supports Linux but plugins will be limited as well. But if Ardour is working for you, great

Quite good, actually. I've tried Logic and Reaper and FL seems to be the best one. Sometimes, a good DAW isn't one with the most features, its the one that inspires you the most

I use FL, Ableton is supposed to be more powerful and you can run FL studio as a plugin in it, but i'm used to FL

I’ve done that before. It’s pretty awesome.
